Studio/K is one of our favourite places in East to go to. Not just for film, but also for the art, the food, the drinks, and occasionally to work. When we found out there was a large space available right above it, we had to see it!
Of course we fell in love immediately, even though it needed a bit of work. We stripped the entire place and built it back up from there. The 135m2 room is now completely transformed into a modern and inspiring light place. We absolutely love it, and of course we hope you do too!
Every month we showcase new art by local artists, so when you come over to check out the space, don’t forget to have a look at the original artworks.

Anyway, my name is Noor and I’ve been a part of two coworking places before eventually starting my own! During Covid I’ve spent my time with other creatives in Amsterdam Noord and this is where I decided to quit my job at the publishing house, start my own art studio and spend more time with like-minded people. So here we are! At our own coworkingplace! We hope you love it as much as we do and that you can find the inspiration and motivation that I found in coworking.

Hi! I’m Max and I’m originally from the UK. Five years ago I moved to Amsterdam to start a job at a trading company. Throughout the years I’ve worked here I’ve realised that my interests have shifted to helping companies grow by supporting the individual employees in what they're capable of and how to put this to use in the most beneficial way. This is exactly the reason why I love working (and now owning) a coworking space!
You meet so many people from different areas that can help each other in one way or another, and eventually help each other to grow. I hope we can do the same for you at Brick Road.
